Ishtar of Uruk, is a title and name meant to be a spiritual successor to the ancient office of Entu (high priestess) of *ISHTAR, the Queen of Heaven. An inspiration & partial revival of ancient Mesopotamian religion through Divine Sumerian Calligraffiti which is a unique blend of Mesopotamian mythology, experimentation with writing systems, human history, the rebellion of graffiti, necessary liberation struggles and abstractions of concepts. Ishtar of Uruk exists between the spaces of the essence of meaning, defying the hard rules of readability, the interplay of what is communication and the transmission of knowledge as a divine acts. Writing systems are used as a vessel for meditations & reflections upon our current society, a divine call to revolution within & societal. Ishtar of Uruk comes to destroy & rebuild.
